I have always made my own dressing. Over time, friends and family encouraged me to bottle it because it tasted unlike anything available in stores and they genuinely loved it. After years of hearing “You need to bottle this,” I finally did.

When I began looking more closely at the dressing aisle, I was surprised by how many products relied on sugar, processed oils, preservatives, thickeners, colors, and ingredients I wouldn’t use at home. Most dressings were built for shelf life, not flavor or integrity.

Rhody Rabbit is different. It’s made with real ingredients and high quality olive oil to bring homemade flavor to the dressing aisle, without compromising on quality. A clean, delicious option made the way dressing should be.

Every bottle is still made with the same philosophy - exceptional ingredients, prepared simply, because what you put on your food matters.

Rhody Rabbit is a nod to my home state of Rhode Island and my nickname, Bunny Rabbit, reflecting my lifelong love of carrots, lettuce, and simple, fresh food. I’m proud to share it with you.
